Pre Galvanized Steel Tube
A pre-galvanized steel tube is made from a steel sheet that has been galvanized before being shaped and welded into a tube. Steel tubes that have been manufactured and then galvanized are occasionally called post-galvanized steel tubes, but hot-dipped steel tubes is a more common term.

 | A pre-galvanized steel tube is made from a steel sheet that has been galvanized before being shaped and welded into a tube. Steel tubes that have been manufactured and then galvanized are occasionally called post-galvanized steel tubes, but hot-dipped steel tubes is a more common term. Because the equipment required for manufacturing is reasonably inexpensive and the process is easily scalable, galvanized steel pipe or galvanized steel tube is the most popular type of galvanized steel tube manufacturing. Because the time necessary for galvanizing steel sheet is less than that for hot-dip steel tube, the alloy layer including iron and zinc is minimal and the pure zinc layer is thick. |
