Typically, pipelines, equipment, and container valves undergo anti-corrosion treatment and oiling as per design requirements. In the absence of specific design criteria, adhere to the following guidelines: A. For surface-mounted pipelines, equipment, and containers, initiate the process by applying one layer of anti-rust paint, followed by two topcoats before handover. If heat preservation and anti-condensation are stipulated, two coats of anti-rust paint should be applied. B. Concealed pipelines, equipment, and containers should be treated with two coats of anti-rust paint. Ensure the second coat is applied only after the first one has completely dried, maintaining the appropriate consistency of the anti-rust paint.

Our Production Process for Spiral Sawn Steel Pipes
 

(1) Raw materials, i.E. Strip, welding wire and flux. They must be strictly tested before being put into physical and chemical testing.

 

(2) The strip is butted head and tail by single-wire or double-wire submerged arc welding, and automatic submerged arc welding is used when the steel is rolled.

 

(3) Before forming, the strip is leveled, cut, trimmed, planed, surface cleaned and conveyed to the bending process.

 

(4) Electric contactors are used on both sides of the conveyor to control the pressure of the pressurized cylinder to ensure the smooth conveying of the strip.

 

(5) Internal or external control roller forming is adopted.

 

(6) The weld gap control device ensures that the weld gap meets the welding requirements. The diameter, volume and misalignment of the weld gap are strictly controlled.

 

(7) Both welding and brazing are performed by single-wire or double-wire submerged arc welding with the american lincoln welding machine, which can obtain stable welding specifications.

 

(8) After welding, the weld line is continuously inspected for damage by ultrasonic wave to ensure that the non-destructive testing coverage of the spiral weld is 100%. If there are defects, the alarm will be automatically sounded and the mark will be sprayed. The production workers will adjust the process parameters accordingly to eliminate the defects.

 

(9) Use an air plasma cutting machine to cut a single pipe.

 

(10) After cutting into a single steel pipe, each batch of steel should be subject to a strict inspection system to check the mechanical properties, chemical composition, fusion status, steel surface quality, etc. Of the weld and undergo non-destructive testing and other process inspections to ensure that the steel pipe is qualified before it can be officially put into production.
